Dance Night with The Red Hot Rags

Inspired by the Golden Age of Jazz the Italian – American vocalist Jessica De Giudici gives shape to The Red Hot Rags project at the very beginning of 2017.

The 5 piece band pays homage toI the Ladies of Jazz revisiting the Great American Songbook and tunes made famous by the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Julie London to mention a few providing an approach that proves to be at once refreshing and faithful to the original style of the Era.

The very spirit of the Golden Age of Jazz is brought back to life through tunes and costumes celebrating all Jazz from the Roaring 20s to the Post WWII with manouche influences; blues & latin overtones. With years of experience behind them, this group of adaptable, fun-loving musicians deliver the popular songs of the 1920/40s by the likes of Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday together with modern-day chart-toppers such as “All About The Bass”, “Valerie” and more.
