Stewart Curtis: Klezmer Without Borders

Stewart Curtis' Klezmer Without Borders fuses klezmer with jazz, latin & middle eastern sounds, creating a unique world music ensemble.

Multi reedsman/composer Stewart Curtis will be performing tracks from his 4 previous CDs including Thomas the Tango Engine, My Yiddisher Modal &  The Dirty Bagels.

Stewart Curtis is one of the country's most versatile reedsman having worked in a variety of different genres over the years on several different horns. He has also appeared at this club recently with both the Jazz Dynamos & Catherine Lima.

Stewart's ethnic sounding clarinet was featured a few years ago in David Baddiel's humourous film "The Infidel" plus recently he was on stage with Olivier nominated musical  "The Band's Visit".Throughout this coming summer Stewart will also be seen & heard in another West End Musical.
