The first of two Christmas Party Nights. The Fat Penguins formed in 2009 having spent many years gigging on the Essex circuit with various other bands. Between them they have a wealth of experience performing at different types of venues and a large number of festivals throughout Britain.

THE FIRST OF TWO CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS WITH ONE OF THE MOST POULAR BANDS TO APPEAR AT THE CLUB. ENJOY A MIX OF RHYTHM & BLUES. SWING & ROCK N' ROLL.
HOPEFULLY WE WILL HAVE A BIT OF SPACE TO DANCE.
With Chris Pearson on guitar. Mags on vocals, Tom McCree on harp, Bernie Brewster on bass & Martin Brown on drums.
A truly exciting band that work really hard playing non-stop music that has everyone dancing after just a couple of songs.

Known as a blues & party band they will play a smooth mix of up tempo blues with a slight mod influence including tunes like Shakin' all over, Louie Louie, Flip Flop Fly, Barefootin & Hoochie Coochie Coo. Lead singer Mags is a flamboyant crowd pleaser & is supported by a smokin' guitar & typical.
